Assign Port To Project

A Port for the Visualization or the File Sharing can be added using the Configurator or in Project Management under Antcas Control ▸ Manage Projects. An API Port can only be added in the Project Management.

To add a Port in the Project Management, click on Edit and then navigate in the Explorer to Project ▸ Server ▸ Network Interface. Then you can add a Port.

Note: For security reasons, it is recommended to always add a TLS Port. Otherwise, it is possible to eavesdrop on data in plain text.

The port range moves between 8'000 and 8'999. Depending on the server type, up to 100 or 1'000 connections can be established simultaneously per port.
