Kaba exos 9300

The Kaba exos 9300 interface exchanges data points of the door locking system. All data points are automatically created as peripherals when connecting, if they do not already exist.

Functionality

The interface connects to a data point server from Dormakaba. First, the connection is authenticated. Then all data points are synchronized. All changes are then transmitted to the application.

Configuration

The password of the interface must first be encoded via console on the Kaba Exos server. For this purpose, for example, the following command is used to encode the password 1234:

u9DpServer CreatePassword 1234

Types

There are various types for communication. If an incorrect type is used for communication, it will not be transmitted correctly.

Type Value
Digital Input BI
Digital Output BO
Card Reader RU
Port PR
Terminal SS
Door DR
Door Manager SD
Access Manager FS

Communication Objects

Each peripheral has predefined communication objects. These can have multiple states and should be correctly decoded.

Note: If the data type BOOL is used with an INT value, this may work, but in case of error, the value -1 can be evaluated as TRUE.

Variable Description Data Type
alarm A value greater than 0 indicates that an alarm is present. An alarm can also be sent. int
alarm_confirmed The alarm has been acknowledged or send acknowledgment. bool
cmd Data point command number. By specifying this argument, a command is sent to the data point. int
door_type The type of a door. int
active The state of the peripheral. This is not used for a door. bool
mode Data point mode. int
state State of the peripheral. See below to see the breakdown. int
state_text Description of the state. string
alarm_priority Alarm priority. int
alarm_text Alarm text of the currently reported alarm. string
alarm_desc Description of the alarm. string
alarm_checklist Description of the measure. string
time Time of the event. datetime

The constant id configures the address of the data point. This can only occur once.
