Control Application

Once an application has been started in a project, it can be completely stopped and controlled using individual steps.

Warning: Note that the entire program stops. All elements in the visualization and all logics will no longer be calculated.

Important: If multiple projects use an interface that waits for a PLC cycle, data will also not be sent to other projects. Additionally, unexpected timeouts may occur on open connections.

Under the context menu Automation ▸ Application, the application can be controlled. If the application has been stopped, a tray icon with corresponding hint will appear at the bottom right.

When clicking on Next Step, a PLC cycle is calculated. This allows individual edges to be analyzed in detail.
