The call of the visualization is made with a URL address via the web browser or the PWA installed app on your device. Normally, this access is secured by HTTPS.
If you have forgotten your password, depending on the configuration of the visualization, there may be an option to reset it. For this purpose, the e-mail address or telephone number used must have been stored in your user account.
On the login screen, click on "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions. If this link is not available, no recovery is possible. In this case, contact your local technical support.
If you do not receive a link or the link does not work, repeat the process and check whether the e-mail is in the spam folder or if the link has already been called from another source. If this is the case, the recovery link is no longer valid. The link expires automatically after 24 hours.
