Error Codes

Here you will find all error codes of the visualization. These are usually due to a System Page.

403 Forbidden

This error occurs when there is no permission for the logged-in user for a page.

The error page can be edited under Pages ▸ Display System Pages ▸ Error 403.

404 Not Found

This error occurs when no start page has been created or the start page does not contain any public content.

The error page can be edited under Pages ▸ Display System Pages ▸ Not Found.

503 Service Unavailable

This error occurs when the visualization has been switched offline. The setting can be changed under Project ▸ Settings ▸ Visualization ▸ Status ▸ Online.

The error page can be edited under Pages ▸ Display System Pages ▸ Offline.
