Function Block METAPHONE

The Function Block METAPHONE calculates the Metaphone key of a string.

Input STR

Defines the string from which the key is calculated.

Input PHONEMES

This input is of data type Integer and limits the result to the number of characters. If the value of the input is not defined or equal to NULL, FALSE or 0 no limitation occurs.

Output

Returns the Metaphone key as a string. For example, "TSST".
