Function Block VISUDTVAR

The Function Block VISUDTVAR communicates with the visualization and converts the data type DT# to another format.

It is recommended to use the Function Block for the input fields Date and Date And Time.

Note: If scaling is performed, this must be done on both sides of the Function Block if both sides communicate via the same address.

Database

The database DB defines the variable for communication with the visualization. The variables in the database cannot be accessed directly as with a normal database.

Input ➜

Here, the data type DT# or D# is expected. If the value at the input changes, it will be transferred to the visualization and to the output ➜. The value is transferred to the visualization without milliseconds.

Output ➜

The last changed value is present at the output. This can come from the visualization or the input ➜. The value is transferred from the visualization without milliseconds.
