The presence simulation records all defined variables of the visualization in a circular buffer. At midnight, all states are saved so that the simulation has a starting point. A day is only stored when it has been completely recorded. This prevents incomplete days from being stored. If no actions were recorded on a day, the entire day is discarded.
A presence simulation consists of the following objects:
In the upper context menu under Automation Presence Simulations, you will find the editor. There, the aforementioned elements are combined and configured using drag & drop. The
Control is dragged from the
structure into the upper folder, and the controlled
Elements are dragged into the lower folder.
Warning: Note that no safety-relevant components may be included in the simulation, such as a blind or a pool cover.
The number of simulations is not limited. For each individual simulation, a control must be defined with the function block PRESIM_CTRL.
Tip: In the
configuration of an
element, you can define which variables are included in the presence simulation. This is also applied when unpacking a folder.
