There are several test options to fix errors. These errors usually occur when multiple operations are performed simultaneously or an operation was interrupted. As is the case with a connection loss or a crash. It is recommended to perform the operations from top to bottom if an error cannot be resolved. In addition, it can be helpful to try performing a Data Carrier Cleanup beforehand.
Warning: Do not run multiple instances simultaneously. This usually does not lead to errors, but to server overload.
During the check, errors are fixed that have to do with the assignment of settings. This affects configurations and background services configured by Antcas Control. Some settings, however, are only applied after a server restart.
A project check searches for missing assignments or permissions and repairs them. It can happen that new elements appear in the Explorer or the PLC is recompiled after the operation, as a change was detected.
If media in the library are faulty, they will be recompiled. This only happens if original data is available. This is not the case with video files.
Searches the system-wide database for errors and corrects them if necessary immediately. The database of Antcas Control is very complex. However, in most cases it is redundantly structured. That is, it can repair itself. Non-redundant tables can be corrected by a reinstallation from an update.
Note: Checking many statistical data can take several days.
