Antcas Control is a modern, web-based platform and has been optimized for use with current desktop browsers. In principle, the software works with all common, modern browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari.
For smooth operation, it is necessary that the browser used supports modern web technologies. In particular, a functioning WebSocket connection is mandatory, as Antcas Control relies on permanent, bidirectional communication with the server. If this function is restricted or blocked by the browser, network settings, firewalls, or proxy systems, the application cannot work correctly.
The user interface is primarily designed for use on desktop systems. For optimal display and usability, a screen resolution of 1920x1080 pixels or higher is recommended. With lower resolutions, there may be limited clarity or reduced ease of use.
Use on mobile devices is generally possible but only recommended to a limited extent. Due to the complex operating structure, smaller displays, and the variety of functions, navigation and operation may be difficult. Most interactions are designed for the use of mouse and keyboard, which is why desktop PCs or notebooks are recommended for productive use.
Additionally, it should be ensured that JavaScript is enabled in the browser and no extensions, content blockers, or security settings are active that impair the execution of the application or network communication. Outdated browser versions can lead to display errors, malfunctions, or performance limitations. Therefore, it is recommended to always use a current browser version.
